Today was my mom’s birthday! Happy birthday mom.
I baked her a cake while she was at the hospital with my grandma, but I didn’t use a proper baking dish. It was too deep and narrow and it was a little mushy in the middle. I scooped out the oooy-gooey goodness (soooo good!) and filled the hole with pistachio ice cream. Then I spread some more pista ice cream on top as frosting and put it in the freezer to set. MMMMMmmmmMMmmm.
I worked out today for almost two hours, all cardio because my muscles were still fatigued from weight training. It’s been 48 hours, so tomorrow morning is weight training day again, yay!
The information for the 5K will be available at Track Shack tomorrow, so I’m gonna stop by and pick up my t-shirt and race information. I’m excited!
